Commentated tours of Metz (1 or 2 hours) – in French only
All year round, from Monday to Saturday, tours of the major sights in Metz in 1 or 2 stages:
- From 3.00pm until 4:00pm: Saint-Etienne's Cathedral
- From 4:00pm until 5:00pm: Shades of Architecture (from the Place d’Armes to the Citadelle quarter, passing through the islands on your way)
Rates:
- One tour (1 hour): 5 € / person
- Two tours (2 hours): 7 € / person
- Aged 12 to 18: half-price
- Under 12s: free
Commented tours for individuals are run on a daily basis from Monday to Saturday with a minimum of 4 people. Prior booking mandatory before midday. Maximum 25 persons. At certain times, these visits can be replaced by themed tours (in French only), according to schedules.
Lazy Sunday walks, a trip through the centuries (1 hour) – in French only
- From November to the end of April: first Sunday of the month from 3:00pm until 4:00pm
- From May to October: every Sunday and public holiday from 3:00pm until 4:00pm
Rates: 5 € / person (Prior booking mandatory before 1:00pm).
Maximum 25 persons.
Evening tours – in French only
Christmas in Metz (1h30)
Saturdays during Advent at 5:00pm.
Rates: 8 € / person (prior reservation recommended, 1 warm drink included).
Metz in the evening
Saturday evenings during July and August from 6:45pm till 8:30pm.
Rates: 7 € / person (prior booking mandatory before 5:00pm).
Minimum 10 persons / maximum 25 persons.

Tours for people with disabilities
Tours for visitors with reduced mobility: Saturdays all year round (in French only) excludes themed tours. Free for escorts.
Themed tours schedule (in French only) on request from the Tourist Office.
For people with a temporary disabilities, the Tourist Office can provide wheelchairs. This service was made possible thanks to our partnership with the Fondation d’Entreprise Prévadiès (mutual aid fund).
